Client accounts and campaign data
When delivering services, clients may give me access to social media accounts, websites, advertising accounts, analytics platforms, email marketing systems, cloud storage or other business tools.
I will only access and use these accounts as necessary to provide the agreed services. Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any personal information contained within those systems.
Where I process personal information solely on a client’s instructions for example, managing the client’s customer mailing list the client will usually remain the data controller and All Over Social will act as a data processor. Appropriate data-processing terms should be included in the client agreement where required.
Account access should be removed when it is no longer needed. Passwords should be shared using a secure method wherever possible.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. All Over Social does not normally receive or store your complete debit or credit card details.
The payment provider will process your information under its own privacy policy and security procedures.
Who your information may be shared with
Your information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the business or deliver your services. These may include:

How long I keep your information
I only keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed.

Enquiry information may be retained for up to two years after our last communication
Client and project records may be retained for the duration of our working relationship and for up to six years afterwards
Financial and transaction records will be retained for the period required by UK tax and accounting law
Marketing information will be retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the information is no longer relevant
Website analytics information will be retained according to the settings of the relevant analytics platform
Account access and login information will be deleted or securely removed when it is no longer required
